Domel Sp. z o.o. attaches great importance to the privacy of its customers and has fully implemented the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation".

Any personal data processed through this website is processed in accordance with the Ordinance.

In order to provide its customers with clear and transparent information about the manner and scope of processing of their personal data, Domel has adopted this Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept the rules described in this Policy - please do not use our services. However, if you have any questions or concerns - we are at your disposal. You will find our contact information in the Contact section of this Policy.

Definitions
Where we use the following phrases in this Policy, they should be given the following meanings.

Domel
Means the company Domel sp. z o. o. with its seat in Łomża, 4 Akademicka Street, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS number: 0000034621.

Personal data
Means personal data in the sense of Article 4 pt. 1 of the Regulation, i.e. information about an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject").

Services
Means the services provided by Domel, in particular, to present through the website https://domel.pl/ Domel's commercial offer and to enable contact through the contact form.

User
Means a natural person who is a recipient of the Services provided by Domel, whose Personal Data is processed, inter alia, through the website https://domel.pl/.

Policy
Means this privacy policy.

Processing
Means an operation or set of operations performed on Personal Data or sets of Personal Data in an automated or non-automated manner, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, retrieving, viewing, using, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or otherwise making available, matching or linking, restricting, deleting or destroying Personal Data by Domel.

Regulation
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).


PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Through the https://domel.pl/ Domel website, we may process your Personal Data - however, this only happens if you are a User who has voluntarily provided us with your Personal Data and consented to its processing, or if the processing of your Personal Data results from your use of our Services.

In addition, we use cookies under the terms of the Policy.

At Domel, we have adopted the principles of the Regulation - by entrusting us with your Personal Data, you can be sure that we process it in accordance with the law.

Your provision of Personal Data is voluntary. You always have the right to access the content of your Personal Data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data.

If you believe that the provisions of the Ordinance have been violated in the processing of your Personal Data, you have the right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority ("PUODO").

If you have any doubts, you always have the right to request information about your Personal Data and the entities to which it has been shared. If processing is based on consent, you always have the right to revoke your voluntary consent.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
In order to perform our Services, we need some of your Personal Information, therefore:

  1. in order to be able to contact you, it is necessary to provide the Personal Data indicated in the contact form;
  2. when you use our Website, we collect statistical information via cookies - however, we do not profile Users. Cookies are only used for us to fully activate the functionality of our website, and for the website itself to be customized to your needs.

We also use third-party analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics) that places codes on the User's terminal device to collect data about Users.

We process your Personal Data thus:

  1. in order to provide the Services;
  2. for direct marketing of our own Services and for statistical purposes (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation);

The Personal Data indicated in para. 8 above are relevant to the purpose for which we process them - we never ask you to provide more information than is necessary for us to provide the Services to you.

We process your Personal Data only for such period as is necessary to fulfill the obligations imposed by law. We process Personal Data processed on the basis of your consent only until you revoke it, unless the processing is still carried out on another basis permitted by the Regulation.

We do not transfer your Personal Data to other European Union countries, so-called Third States, i.e. countries outside the Union or any international organizations.

Permissions
At any time you may:

  1. ask to see your Personal Data and to know exactly for what purpose it is used and for how long it will be kept;
  2. request to know exactly to whom and on what basis we have provided your Personal Data;
  3. correct, update and amend your Personal Data;
  4. revoke your consent to Processing, and request deletion of your Personal Data in whole or in part, and without your Personal Data we cannot provide certain Services to you;
  5. object to the Processing of your Personal Data;
  6. request a transfer of your Data to another entity;
  7. exercise your right to be forgotten.

Domel will promptly, but no later than within one month, provide you with the information requested under the powers indicated in items. 4-6 and 12. If, due to the complexity of the action, this is not possible, Domel will, within one month, provide you with information on the possible date of execution after an extension of the one-month deadline, with a maximum extension of another month. Domel will always inform you about the implementation of your entitlement.
In certain exceptional situations, we may refuse to delete your Personal Data. However, this is only possible in situations provided by law.

In the event that there is any security incident in connection with the processing of your Personal Data that affects the security of your Personal Data and may cause a high risk of violation of your rights or freedoms, we will inform you of such incident.

DATA RECIPIENTS
For the proper performance of our Services, it is necessary to cooperate with various entities. Sometimes it is necessary to transfer your Personal Data to our partners (e.g. developers of software offered on the website), but this is always done on the basis of an agreement of entrustment of Personal Data processing.
Recipients of your Personal Data may also be entities that help us conduct our business for you - such as couriers, IT companies, accounting firms or our legal advisors.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
We comply with the Regulation and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services when processing Personal Data. We have also implemented a security policy, describing in detail the technical and organizational measures used to ensure the highest level of protection for your Personal Data.

COMMERCIAL INFORMATION

If you give us your consent, we may send commercial information to the e-mail address or telephone number you provide, within the meaning of Article 10 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services or Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law.
You may always withdraw your consent or opt out of such messages.
Commercial information within the meaning of Article 10 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, however, is not information sent by us related to the operation of the Services performed for you, such as information about changes in the terms and conditions of the Services or changes in the Policy.
